Jason Corso and Brent Griffin published research on improving object tracking throughout a video with BubbleNets.
Songseok You and Lionel Robert published research on how team performance is affected by emotional attachment with robot teammates.

Jason Corso's startup, Voxel51, launched their flagship software utilizing computer vision for video.
Matthew Johnson-Roberson and Ram Vasudevan launched their startup, RefractionAI, for last-mile logistics.
A paper by Xiangru Xu and Jessy Grizzle, building off work of Necmiye Ozay, on correctness guarantees for lane keeping and adaptive cruise control won an IEEE Best New Application Award.
Michigan Mars Rover had their best finish ever at the international University Rover Competition.
STARX took first place in the second-ever Applied Collegiate Exoskeleton Competition.
The Michigan Robotics intramural basketball team won the Rec Sports Championship!
